3- Mr. VAHIDREZA KHALILI Passport No. Z59549557 Nationality IRAN.

We would like to give our special thanks to the KOREAN MOROCON HOLDING GROUP for helping us in this case and also announce that the documents that are faked in Mr. BOMCHOL LEE's name bearing our company's name are all faked by the above-mentioned people.

GAS EXTRA INC LTD. wishes to inform all stakeholders that we do not engage in funding or processing transactions related to NFTs, 6-PIN, or 4-PIN cards, either online or offline. Any individuals or entities claiming such associations are spreading false information with fraudulent intent, aiming to damage our company's reputation.

Furthermore, we publicly announce that Mr. Mohammad Soori, holder of passport no. B59986273, has no affiliation with GAS EXTRA INC LTD. He does not hold any position or authority within our company.

GAS EXTRA INC LTD. wishes to inform all stakeholders that Mr. Nguyen Viet Trung, holder of Vietnamese passport no. C0766717, is not affiliated with our company in any capacity. Any documents bearing his name and associated with GAS EXTRA INC LTD are fraudulent and unauthorized.

Mr. Trung has no role within our board, and any claims to the contrary are false. He is solely responsible for any damages resulting from his actions, and GAS EXTRA INC LTD, along with our parent company SAAYEAH CO LTD, disclaim any liability.
